Although we need stories like this I hate to read them! I feel bad for the customers, the employees and to an extent the company owners.who may or may not have screwed up. I am sure when they started the bussinness they had no intention of failing. Still, IMO, there is no excuse to not reply and reply honestly to customers who have, in good faith, put down hard earned cash.
