Cool Havasu...cuz Parker sux.

Yep...that is Gary Smith's 40' Skater with Larry Peto motors...he's been "King of the Hill" at the Heatwave the last few years. Hats off to Gary...that boat runs hard in 110 degree weather and sticky water.

In that video, you can see Dave driving DeFreese's F-34 with Teague motors. Teague had made some modifications (smaller pulleys) to bump up the mills to 1,200 HP in the F-34.

Well, Dave blew the starboard engine and the boat hooked hard right...if he would have been next to Gary...it wouldn't have been pretty....that's why he crosses the wake.

Here's the F-34's getting in the water.

Here's some video I shot of us in a little Mach 26...trying to keep up with the big boys (we were probably top 15 or so).

Well, you can see we got a bad start, and had to work our way through some traffic (we even passed that "Gone Again" boat). When we got to the first card stop, that American Racing 36' Eliminator was just turning around...so we weren't that far off the big boys. While we were picking the bugs out of our teeth (and ready to crack a "soda"), he was putting his air mask back on...must be nice.

Hehehe...yeah...the ride wasn't that smooth. A few times...we got air...then the nose came up and I lost sight of the horizon (at over 100MPH) before we landed. We were probably doing 110MPH when we were running next to Chris' white Mach 26 (and passing some very expensive hardware)...those big V-bottoms were really haulin' the mail. I don't think we went below 95MPH much...not bad for a little boat with our fat-asses in the heat.

We also got cut off by a jetski once and had to chop the throttles...we were "waving" at her when we went by- so she waved back. Very nice.

Here's some a little video I shot of Predator being chased by Bob Teague in his big Skater.

I also have a buddy that may give JBB a run for his money. Boy...if that Bore-Tec gets beat by an open-bow family boat...it's gonna be a long drive back to the swamps!

It's a DCB Mach 26 with a Teague 800.

In case you guys didn't see it...here's some video from Havasu over Labor Day (in my buddy's new F-29 w/900's and #6's)...
