we'll be down on Wed. Can't wait. I look forward to it all year, but it's bittersweet too, 'cause after we get back, there's not a lot of boating time left here in Indiana.

We were there....had an awesome time. However, my wife forgot the charger for her camera and the batteries were dead, so we didn't get many pics.

A 42 OL ejected its passengers at 95mph in a turn as well...thankfully everyone survived, but people were airlifted to hospital.

I'm waiting for someone to post up pics of our crew for the weekend...we rode with my friend Eric from St. Louis in the 42 Black Thunder "Optical Illusion." I implemented a secret weapon to help us go faster...

It was actually a cigarette, local to lake cumberland. Injury and info from one of the guys in the boat can be read here.

I'm pretty sure the pic in the Lake Cumberland forum is not a Cig...looks like a 42 OL.

And in THIS pic, you can see our captain Eric still dressed in the "Secret Weapon" attire I had provided. We all dressed as nuns for the start, then his girl and my wife and I took the outfits off as they were really hot. Right after this pic was taken and I snagged the first card, we all dressed up again for the rest of the run...and then Eric and I wore the nun outfits on the dock Sat. night. Team Nun Faster.

Could be, I was basing it off of information told to me later the same day while talking with some guys who dock down there. When they said it was the big gofast at the end of pier 6, the only one that came to mind was a 38 cig. I asked if they meant the cigarette, and they said that's the one.
Once I saw pictures, I knew it wasn't the one I had been thinking of, so they could have been wrong in saying it was.
