Thanks! The house is closer to the road than I really wanted but that was just about the only place to put it with the way the lot slopes near the back.

Friday was really busy. I took a day from work and got to help actually build some of the house. The trusses sure make it look a lot bigger.

Thanks for the compliments. They are not wasting any nice weather. The roof should be plywood this week. Then the interior walls maybe late this week or early next week.

I remember it well ... house building is hard work ... never want to do it again !

Looks like your making good progress . Get it under roof before the rains come and keep the flooring dry .

The floors have been pretty dry. They used the stuff that can take 20 rains or something like that. I will post some updated photos tonight.

Ok a little delay on my part. I need to get time to get some pictures. I will try this weekend. The roof is just about done with plywood. Some interior walls are also up. I have been swamped at work. Which is great so I can pay for all this.

It has been a crazy few weeks. The house is moving along well. The windows are in and the interior walls are also done. Now we start our own work. The electric and plumbing, both will start this weekend. Here are a few pictures.
