Question How would you respond/react?

Had a situation presented to me. Im going to leave all names, parties and businesses out of this and present this to you guys from a completely neutral standpoint.. Ill post everything page for page, but highlight the parts that are more important also blur/erase names etc.. let me know if i forgot to erase a name, thanks.

The damage done to the trailer was done the year prior. When exactly is unknown, the damage was never brought to anyones attention. The Boat and its trailer was never pulled/towed by anyone other than the Lessor and its employess, up until the damage was noticed and addressed by the lessee. After sending an email with the photos showing the damage done to the trailer, a new contract was issued and other "risk factors" were addressed. This exact boat and trailer has been owned by the Lessee and has been on the dry storage program for 10 years +. After those 10 or so years, these "risk factors" are just now coming to light. SHould the Lessee be concerned with any other damage, those including damages not visible by the eye but internal damage to the engine and transmission components because of the "two throttle" setup. Would it have been easier for the Lesser to list everything they ARE RESPONSIBLE for?

I’ve always thought that was the best system for anyone to drive.

What happened to trailer? Fork truck?

Most marinas dont hire rocket scientists, much less knowledgeable people to run rack and launches and do work around the marina, THey hire a couple kids who arent old enough to use the minimum wage they make for beer money and are afraid to "get in trouble" if they report anything, ( fact is these kids are much more concerned with banging the cute jailbait chick the boss hired to work the fuel dock then they are about your boat)and then the marina hires the local Carl Spackler to supervise them.... Its not cost effective for a marina to liability for the potential damage they are liable to cause and pay for the carnage they actually create.

Lol and this is after 10 years of handling the boat just fine. I dont see what they need to use the the trottle for anyways. Dry storage dock is closest to the ramp. As far as the trailer goes, idk what makes them them think their trailer height explanation is even remotely a comparison. I mean, wtf were they doing to damn near rip off the rear crossmember completely. And to just go about the day and not say anything?

Trailer crossmember was ripped backwards from underneath. They must've had too much angle at the tongue and caught something that would not budge

WTH type of dry storage is this???
I keep my boat in dri storage and have unlimited in / out, use of service rack, free wet slip on weekends if I want it

Wonder what they’d do with a boat with quads hanging off the back

Id be embarrassed if it were me... Sorry i still need the training wheels.

A little gmc envoy dunks that boat in and out with zero issues. Maybe i need to the envoy over there with a tape measure and tell him to set the hitch height the same as the little gmc envoy. And to not touch the lever on the right side. I guess a contract basically says the can start the boat on fire and its at fault of the lessee
