jyran , I apologize if I seem a little forward but you really should check out a Commander , and if .....you want the best of both worlds Sport / utility , that is faster then my # 800 , I would think a 1000 would be your best choice , maybe ...............a carry over model .

Shit Ginger, you cant hurt my feelings, I appreciate the opinion. I think the canams are ugly as hell, but they do have a pretty strong following! Because of you, Im going to drive one on Tuesday . Im not brand loyal at all with these things just want what will work best. Im really just needing one to haul kids around and dead deer/hogs. The leftover ranger 900's are 12,000.00 or so but they are pretty wide.

I had a Ranger several years ago, was a decent machine. My only real beef with it was noise. Engine and drivetrain were both real noisy especially at speed. Been trying out a Gator this winter and its a decent machine too but I don't love it either. Would be curious to see how the Bombardier product stacks up and also the new Honda stuff I hear they are pretty nice.

Funny thing....... a friend down the road who owns a Gator just purchased a Commander after a test ride in my machine , and one at the dealer- ship .
