The second link is for rental houses on the lake, a good many folks have done this in the past. Give us a shout if your having trouble finding something and we will see what we can do.

Has anybody asked if that Marina Bay will do a weekend rental? It looks like they are rental apartments anyway.

I'll probably just stay at the Hyatt again.

This is always one hell of a good time. We haven't missed it the past couple years and if my rig is ready in time we'll be there again this year. At this point, I'm probably annoying the piss out of Mark Rinda to have my motors done in time, but it sounds like we may be cutting it close. Brockman, I'll keep you posted if we're gonna be ready if you & Jenny still want to ride along.

They are not as of a month ago. We have a meeting coming up with them just to walk through some things,I will check on it. There is still some construction going on so I wouldnt bet on it, that may change when complete. I was hoping they would so folks could just walk to the parties. It would be nice to have a resort with vacation rentals like that on Murray.

Some chitty rental property we got last year, they took our deposit because they mis-advertised the place as having a ramp. (and a dock, but thats another story) When we got there you could hardly drive a jon boat trailer down the ramp...we tried anyway, and put ruts in the mud, (no concrete) so they charged us for it.

So, is there overnight dock space for rent? A search doesn't show anything, we are going to be burning hotel points - get a little extra benefit from work trips
