It sure looks like them. They are from St Pete, unless they moved. The are both airline pilots. They are THE most fun couple in boating we've ever met. They aren't about all the petty squabbles we used to have in the club. They just want to have fun!

Pic from Jacksonville last year of them.

In the last picture, Frank is trying to throw a cigarrette in his mouth, and the funny thing is, he's never smoked.
