This is the view of my mother in laws from our house. The building on the left is the in laws suite (1700 sq. ft. apt.) and the main house is to the right. Just signed the agreement for our building about an hour ago. Breaking ground either late next week or the week after. Building slated for july 5th start.

WOW, I just realized I haven't posted updated pics.....and haven't even taken some I need to.
The shed is long finished, air compressor/generator in place and set-up. Garage floor is epoxy coated/clear coated and most of my stuff is in there now. I've even done a few projects with the car related to road racing (I need to start a thread about that too!!)

and John, you can add it here but I figured you want your own......easier to show someone your project later.

OK.....more pics:

The shed on the rear was finished to hold the air compressor, generator, yard tools, etc. The gen is exhausted out the foundation and will back-feed the house when the power goes out right from where it sits.

The garage floor has been epoxied and clear-coated and I've done a few projects in there already. Floor turned out great....even better than the pics show.

First project:
I've been road racing my Charger for over a year and am now pushing the car past it's capabilities. The fluids are getting COOKED!!! (already burned up 2 power steering pumps)

Decided to add oil, tranny, and power steering coolers to the car....figured I'd add a tow hook while I had it all apart.

Rustoleum epoxy shield from Home Depot.....they make 2 types of clear and I used the more expensive "non-water" based version.
