Can someone explain the CORRECT way to lauch a boat to get those "air shots"...in laymens terms..Lets hear how everyones doing it correctly

Rich from Rio Roses gave me some pointers. Chicago run was honest 6-8 ftrs, I ran 60-70 max. I was flyin level, most of the time. Only 23 of 80 boats ran the first leg.

Keep the throttles forward (whatever speed you are running) tabs down in rough water.

When you launch off wave, throttle back maybe 1/2 of where you were.

Just before re-entry, slam the sticks forward ALL THE WAY.


get ready for next one.

The key is when the props are out of the water. The biggest mistake people make is seeing the bow rise up and backing off. Remember, you have x number of feet of boat in front of the props.

Or you can skip all of this and just close your eyes and hope for the best.
