I tuned that car on my dyno. It is EFI and has a hand held... His friend has a red one that is basically the same set up.

I have a good friend in Ca. that has a really nice 1966 Fairlane that he had a 427 built for with the same style injection with EFI. It looks so cool to see the stacks sticking through the hood ! I always thought the Mopars were really great cars even though I am a Ford fan ! hahahaha
