DeVos family is building a couple cabins with a new marina on Lake Charlevoix. This would be the Amway people if you are not from Michigan.

The builder grew up in Boyne City, Andy has built some unbelievable homes around our area. The house on the left belongs to one of the original Four Winns boats Company, the red house is a boat house on the bottom floor, it is owned by the owner of Merillat Cabinets‎ Company.

do these owners live in theses houses? are they rentals or summer cribs?just asking

Most of them just get used in the summer, private cottages. They are not rented out.

I heard rumor that there is also suppose to be a boathouse there large enough for Seaquest, their 163 ft superyacht... any truth to this rumor?

My parts manager asked that question last week. I have not had anyone give me that info yet.
