little upgrade to the 2500hd suspension

so i could have paid $500 for a cognito upper control arm w/ a bolt in upper ball joint.but i'm cheap and have some welding and fab skills.
cognito uses a 1500 ball joint,so did i.
heres how it looks before, btw, ball joint presses in,this one fell out.see i've made the cuts to remove the old style

and after some careful measurements and settitting ball joint angle, its all tig'd up.just a little more complicated than a couple of gussets on an oil pick up tube.
now my 02 dmax has easily replacable ball joints.

arm was cleaned inn my steel shot machine.

the centerline of the ball joint is the same as the press in one,and the angle is the same too.

yes i am
plus i got another computer w/ 5 tunes on it.plus i have efilive.
3 programs i'll use the most are

smoke,,= iq tester, just like my passat ecu
110hp economy tune(use this the most)
200hp race tune,should w/ exhaust(4") should net me a 13.2-4 in the 1/4 mile.
i'll debate whether to use the 90hp tow tune or the 110hp.i'll test it.
