If you want to get into a 28 Heat for as great price, try this brand new 07 leftover at Unlimited Marine in Lake Cumberland. Rock bottom price...

I've got a 496 in my 23 Outlaw. I can't see going for anything less than a Merc 525 in my next boat. That said, what a great price on the leftover Nordics!!

Curious what the 28 Heat with the 496 HO can do performance-wise?

My 08 is one of the new "no wood" models and on a good day and light load: 65 mph. B-Blades is lab finishing my prop right now and I will let everybody know how it performs in the Spring.

The BBlades lab finished prop has increased my rpm's to 4900 at 68 mph. I gained about 3 mph on the top end and didn't seem to loose any holeshot or mid range...
