I guess they don't have this Class's anymore? I checked APBA but I did not see them I wondered if they had the class in opa.

Unfortunately not, it ended sometime around 03-04 I think. It was a way for factories and new racers to get into a spec class of offshore racing where power was (supposed) to be equal 500hp/efi/innovation and the setups we the key to winning. Some the best racing I ever saw, 10-15 boats in a class running deck to deck.
