Copperhead Snake

look what i found in my pasture a nice copper head snake ..took some pic's and turned him loose at the back of my land..yp that's right i do not kill snakes

the only pet's around hear are mine horses and my pet snakes and no children for a mile or more

I know you like snakes and have them for pets, but when it comes to a poisonous one hanging around and they cross my path you can bet thats when I get the 12gauge. My brother and I use to catch black and king snakes when we would see them. Bring them home to the lake house and turn them loose hoping they would keep the others away but we also kept an 1100 ready.

my Remington 1100 is alwayz loaded for snakes,beavers,coons

i realize most people are afraid of snakes .but i never had that fear even as a young child i would bring home snakes . and yes i get bit a lot by non venomous snakes but i was bitten once by a copper head on my hand . just some swelling and some discomfort for a day or so but as you can tell i did not learn any thing from that ...

a friend of mine was going into his house and thoughthes cat was playing with him. wrong.. He was bitten by a copper head a couple time and spent three weks in the hospital. It wasn't a pleasent thing .

Sorry but the only snake to me is a dead one....

i hear you... some folks have a bad reaction from venomous snake bite's but as far as i know there has never bin a reported death from a copper head ...but a rattle snake is much more serous bite ....i have both a rattle snake and a monocle cobra .. i have had as much as 15 snakes at one time
