You mean the GET-AU-DI, in Richard Priers own words. :fishead: He took a trip to Africa one time and his rental was an AUDI but he said never again because just about every other mile that darn thing would die out and say GET-AU-DI:p

Velocity Mark 11-28-2003 04:28 PM

Thats too funny.:D

Skill Saw 30 12-01-2003 06:56 PM

the look on the techs face when it took 3hrs to align my audi 4000 quattro was priceless.picture this, spring time, thaw, dirt road with puddles in vermont, car was white but not for long.went down that road at 60mph,bent all the struts alittle, they were able to align, but the tech screaming this is not an offroad vehicle in the showroom was priceless.:D he then asked how i got mud all over the place and told me not to drive it on the beach;) first thing i did that summer, right down to the water, boy i wrecked that car,it never did die :D gave it to a guy that rallies them in NH.;)

Tigger 12-01-2003 07:02 PM

sweet.....thats one way to get revenge on those techs....lmao

man i sure do miss my dually.......thinking i'll get another but w/a Duramax this time :D

CBlakeNS 12-16-2003 01:05 PM

Wally, that thing is awsome.. how much money did you spend upgrading it?

Wally 12-16-2003 02:56 PM

never realy sat down to figure out the $$ i spent but it had a full stainless duall exhaust with headers. A 6" superlift suspention kit. Pro-Comp traction bars and the x-terrain tires. Weld rims. I had the air-aid intake. and thats about it for the most part. There was other things i did like an FM modulator for my portable DVD player and alarm/remote start and stuff. It sure was a fun toy! :D

Wally 12-16-2003 02:56 PM

Oh and incase someone is wondering. Those are 35" tires and i believe i had a custom 2.5" aluminum spacer in the back between the duallys so they didnt rub while driving :D

CBlakeNS 12-16-2003 05:02 PM

Wow sounds really nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to say the truck is gone. These are old pics from previous owner. The 454 just didnt have enough balls to yank around the 9500lb boat and trailer.

Skill Saw 30 03-06-2004 07:48 PM

boy doc,i like the idea of the fuel cell, how many gallons is it?with an extra 30gals plus my 34 galls on board i might get 700mi out of mine:D and that would be babing it :D

AMBUSHER 03-06-2004 08:06 PM
