Ready to sign up Saturday morning. One question I would like to ask, is there a limit on how many Fishing Rods I can have on my CC during the Run?

I was told for safety reason they would not allow more than 1 Rod per person.

It not 12 hours and all slips are gone (They are still taking entries) so how long before everything was sold?

drpete3 03-01-2014 04:41 PM

Filled by noon. I want to share that last year we had over 80 boats in the water. We can't promise anything but we do our best to find spots either in a slip or rafting

You know, you're right. I hadn't really thought about it that way, but that's why we love this particular run so much. Everybody is there to have a good time and support the kids.

Blue Oval 03-01-2014 06:52 PM

My cousin from Ludington had a daughter with leukemia, she attended Camp Quality for years. I first got involved with the antique car club going to camp and giving rides. She is married now and has a baby girl. John that helps me with Stereo Wars wife was a camper at same time. As people give us a bad time over the registration, it may make you want to quit, Camp Quality gets me back in line!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the registration process as you guys do the best you can with what you have to work with.

The face on the young gentleman I took out last year & let him drive the boat could make U melt!!! I tear up everytime just think'n bout it!!! Thanx 4 U'r continued support & understanding Mike!!!!:rock

TripleB 03-02-2014 08:40 PM

I think everyone should understand that 99% of the people are volunteers and with the exception of bills the money goes to Camp Quality. I was there when Tracy got a bunch of the gang(16) to contribute $500 each to the camp, when he presented it the lady broke down and cried.

Now all we need is some weather like we had last year. I'll put my order in for 85, Sunny, and CALM..... I am not thrilled about being next to the Nortech pace boat:nutkick, but at least I have a dock close to RT...

TripleB 03-03-2014 11:24 AM
