I've already shot 2000 frames and my asst has another 800- stay tuned. I got to go catch a chopper in a min.
Yesterday was crappy for a while, we spent a lot of time running from the rain clouds, but it cleared up later and the party went off ok. Only got these two for now, the rest of today will be slammed and leaving early in the am to get down to the race. :action-smiley-047: |
:nudie That first pic was nothing but to tease us:slaps

But I can't think of any reason that they would take a picture of him unless he did break.:Flush: |
First to the bridge was Gino in the MB boat,
BUT Pure Platinum was crushing him and the rest of the field till about 200 yards to the bridge when she blew both blower belts. Both belts replaced and she was on her way. There are tons of pictures coming, PLUS some very special video, so just be patient till everyone gets back together and then you can sit back and enjoy the show....... |
congrats Bill, impressive 1300hp pump gas pleasure boat vs. all that hp, only a 388 Skater, Is Gino running the 1.24's now

Bill, there is no question who is out front, looked like over 1/4 mile lead. what happened to the cms-mti and predator, and If the nortech ran 180 he would be up there too. pictures tell the truth.

:eek:I knew 180 was no where near right, 164 sounds about right , that sounds about right fort the 388 Skater with 1200's. Still a very respectable number for the 40Nortech

Ok... here are pictures of every boat that made it to the first card stop. The pictures are in order of arrival. Although, order of arrival seemed more a testament of who could figure out where the stop was vs who was the fastest.... It looked like everyone came off plane way far out of the mouth of the creek and milled around before wandering down to the card stop....
