It was a little spooky- the walk out and back was the scariest part... and maybe the part when the semis and big motorhomes came by- felt like it was gonna blow me off the bridge. I just stopped thinkin about it and focused on the boats. It was worth it.

Yes it was worth it, you took one for the team to get these great shots. I just wish the boats in front of us had not stopped. Thanks for sharing with us.

Yeah, that was funky... one guy decided to pull off the sticks and so about two dozen boats had to idle under behind him. oh, well.

Here's one more for now that may be of interest here.:D

No problem, Mike... my philosophy is pix are meant to be shared-- glad I got some you can use... I'll post more tomorrow- here's a close up of the aforementioned suspects.

fountain1- I use a Nikon D70s- these pix were shot with an AF Nikkor 70-300mm zoom telephoto with a polarizing filter, tweaked slightly w/Photoshop CS2 (saturation).

Thanks for the nice comments!

What Brand Of Wireless Headsets Are Those? How Well Due They Work?

Hey Chad, It was nice to meet yall. The intercoms are not actually wireless it just looks that way in the pictures. Barry1784 here on the board hooked me up with an Avcom 5man system and they work really well. The install job Barry did keeps the wire out of the way so you almost forget they are there. There is some wind noise but thats mainly b/c I'm so tall/no windshield. It made running in traffic ALLOT easier with everybody telling you where everybody was epescially you cat guys. That DCB will fly.
