I would come out of retirement if the Fire Chief bought one. The only boat they have right now is a twelve foot row boat.

He bought a new Rescue Rib with twin 250s (28'?) couple of years ago. We have an all Volunteer Co and he does a very good job. Our Scuba team is one of the best in the area.

East Jordan Fire Department has a boat in the marina with a rescue team. Boyne has always left it up to the Sheriff Department.
