August 8, 2015 Poker Run from Hopewell to Portsmouth (10:00 AM start)
August 9, 2015 Lunchtime Sandbar Raft-up Party on the way back
EVENT FEES: SPECIAL “EARLY-BIRD” DISCOUNT OF $20 PER BOAT & $10 PER CREW-MEMBER FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED BY 4/3/2015!
Boat (includes Captain & Navigator): $280 before 4/3/2015; $300 after 4/3/2015 - Includes Captain’s Bag, 2 Poker hands, 2 Official shirts, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners
Additional Crew: $140 per person before 4/3/2015; $150 after 4/3/2015
Additional Shirts: $20 each (Men’s are T-shirts; Women’s are tank tops)
Additional Poker Hands: $30 each
Late Registration Fee: $50 additional if registering after July 17, 2015
EVENT LODGING::
Friday Night – There are numerous hotels in Chester, VA, at the Route 10 exit on I-95 (exit 61). Special JOTJ pricing will be announced soon.
Saturday Night – The official hotel for Jammin’ On The James is the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel, and they are offering a special discounted rate of $120 per night to JOTJ participants. To get that special rate, you can either click on the link on the registration confirmation and register online, OR you can call them at 757-673-3000. If you call them, BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE WITH JAMMIN’ ON THE JAMES, in order to get the group discount. NOTE: These rooms are for JOTJ participants only; if a room is booked under a name that does not appear on an entry form, the room will be cancelled prior to the event.

2) Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail from “Rev It Up! via PayPal”; Open the e-mail and click on “View and Pay Invoice”.
3) Pay the invoice online with credit card, OR you can print the invoice and mail it with a check to Rev It Up! LLC.
4) A receipt will be e-mailed to you once your payment is received.
NOTE: Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this event.
