Looking for feed back for Boyne Thunder this year. If we went with a group of drones covering the poker run, what do you think we need to know? I question the weather conditions they can fly in, how fast can they fly, can they take still photos, landing one out in Lake Michigan on a boat ? Trying to get some info to take back to the board. I know FPC has used them, video looked good, just checking on any set backs we need to know about.

I think your biggest draw back will be weather and battery life.

Had several e-mails on this. Not sure if we are there yet for this, getting a good education on Drones.

If the goverment does not outlaw them ,its definatly the wave of the future. Good luck

They will not work, during a test trial the drone showed a stationary boat presumed to be a card stop boat and in reality it was WRINK running wide open !

I thought "THIN SKIN" applied to WRINK,but I'm changing that to "FORESKIN" after I looked over some of the abuse about my age.

U'r age is the least of U'r probs!!! Bigger issues R Depends dependency & the low supply of little blue pills that barely cum close 2 giv'n U the stimulation 2 drive that new vette!!! Moral: U should just turn the the vette over 2 me 4 safe keeping!!!:rock

I have three dorons One aqua copter. and two Hexacopters with cameras GPS and a ton of upgrades I think you use one or two for ground low areial shots and maybe some shots going out the harbor and runng the bay but you still need somthing bigger to be flying lake michigan I already have a couple of grand worth of copter and camera on the bottom of lake michigan LOL and i have about $10,000 in three birds

The company that I spoke to talked about shoreline coverage, he didn't like the idea of being out over the lake.
